Welcome to C.B.C.B Swimming lessons Our classes have been designed to offer the highest standards of swimming teaching.
Working in partnership with the National governing body of swimming - Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) - we adhere to the national plan for teaching swimming.
The Teachers
Our committed teachers are all ASA qualified and attend regular training as part of their continued professional development, which keeps them up to date with the latest thinking regarding learn to swim.
The ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS)
The NPTS offers the most up to date syllabus with clearly defined progression levels.
There are 12 Badge levels in the mainstream lessons programme which means pupils will progress steadily.
The emphasis is on teaching the correct technique over short distances providing the foundation for sound swimming and pupil progress.
It is our mission to ensure lessons are enjoyable, interesting and productive.
The ASA National Swim Awards
Pupils can collect badges and certificates for all the mainstream levels along with complimentary badges like distance awards.
The high quality badges and certificates are sponsored by Kellog's Frosties featuring Tony the Tiger! Awards files can also obtained in order to keep a portfolio of pupils swimming achievements.
